What this site is
This site is an information hub for our studio and our games. It is not a store. We do not sell games or process payments here. Our games are sold and downloaded through vetted third-party platforms such as Steam, the Apple App Store, and Google Play, each with its own terms and policies.
Buying and playing our games
Any purchase or download happens on the platform you choose, under that platform's terms, not ours. We do not handle transactions or payment information through this site.
Our content
The site and its contents, including the Yeenon Games name, logos, text, images, and game artwork, belong to Yeenon, LLC or our partners and are protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them for your own purposes without our written permission. Materials we mark as available for press are an exception, and may be used to cover our work.
Using the site
Please use the site as intended. Do not try to break it, disrupt it, access it through automated scraping, or use it to do anything unlawful.
Beta testing
Applying to test a game does not guarantee a spot. If we invite you, beta builds are works in progress, provided as is, and may change or stop at any time. We may ask you to agree to additional terms, such as keeping unreleased details confidential, before you get access.
Links to other sites
We link to outside services like storefronts and forms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their terms. Your use of them is between you and them.
No warranty
